McConway & Torley maintains a full time, in-house machine shop with state of the art CNC equipment. Our Horizontal, vertical and gantry type CNC mills are capable to hold extremely tight tolerances while maintaining superb surface finishes. Recent equipment additions have expanded our capabilities to allow for the majority of our machine work to be completed in house. This value added service compliments our experienced steel foundry process, and provides customers with cost-effective solutions for a completed part from design to delivery.

Capacities and capabilities include:

50-Taper Horizontal CNC mill with 40” dual pallet changer for high efficiency large part production
Vertical CNC mills with 3000lb bed capacity and 50 Taper high torque spindles
Gantry type CNC with large 150” x 70” envelope.
Custom automated boring machines for fast, deep hole boring.
